Practical steps to join the European Association of Music and Imagery

The best way to join EAMI is by using this link:

Then fill out the form and click on the green button - then the grey button.

Then you will get a PayPal window, where you can chose English language in the bottom in small print.
You will be able to pay with a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
You will get your receipt right after payment, you can print it, messenger it and you will also get it on e-mail.

If you absolutely abhor PayPal then you can use the old method detailed below, but be warned that it will most likely take longer time before your details are updated and you get your receipt other than the what you have from the bank.

You can join the EAMI by e-mailling your details and at the same time paying the membership fee.

E-mail your Name, phone, address, e-mail, country and EAMI member category* to Steen dot meyer at gmail dot com.

And pay 50 Euros covering membership for 2018 to:

* Membership categories, cited from the constitution of EAMI:

"4. Membership:
i) Membership of the Association will be made by written application.
ii) There will be an annual renewal of membership subscription and payment of fees.
iii) Members will be bound by the rules of the Association.
iv)Fees will be determined and reviewed by the Board on an annual basis.

v) There will be four categories of membership:
a) Professional membership, open to those individuals who have completed an approved course of study in GIM and who meet the requirements of an Association of Music and Imagery (AMI) endorsed training programme.
b) Student membership, open to all persons enrolled in endorsed AMI training programmes.
c) Honorary membership may be conferred by the Board and is not subject to annual fees, for example in recognition of service and/or substantial contribution to the organisation.
d) Associate membership, open to all persons in good standing with the association but not including voting rights."
